D. Jeffrey Cruz
Mr. Cruz worked in Financial Planning and managed a direct marketing company while still in college. Cruz started his first business, and joint venture, when he was 28 yeard old, after graduationg from Arizona State University. He then began his career in the mortgage business quickly becoming a sales leader and was recruited to start his second Joint Venture. This time in the mortgage field he rapidly created a winning combination of strategy and staff. He then took his winning formula and founded his own mortgage company which he controlled for 9 years.
Cruz has created marketing programs designed to generate sales from businesses and consumers. Promoted customer service and teamwork with programs designed to motivate sales forces and managers and assist clients in reaching their goals.
Mission Statement
My mission is to help as many customers as I can to experience the joy of homewonership. I believe that integrity, honesty, courtesy, and the acceptance of responsibility for a smooth loan process is only the beginning of the commitment to service that I, as the lender, should provide my clients. I condsider a new homeowner as a "customer for life" and, even after the loan closes, maintain contact by providing informatoin which may prove beneficial to them. My goal is to earn a "value based" relationship which will produce a lifetime of referrals and "raving fans" for a job well done-not only for myself, but for my referral source/partners as well. I believe if this is not a lender's primary goal, they need to get out of the way for those, like myself, who do care about providing great service and the opportunity for repeat business from a happy, satisfied customer."
